USAI Alumnus Gueye & Team Take Home TST Champion Title and $1 Million Prize

USAI and Indy Burn Alumnus Moustapha "Momo" Gueye plays regular seasons with the Empire Strykers, a Major Arena Soccer League team based in Ontario, California.
But beyond MASL, Gueye plays for Bumpy Pitch FC, one of 48 teams in The Soccer Tournament 2025. TST teams invite players from around the world to compete in annual 7v7 men's and women's tournaments.
The winning team, of course, wins a $1 million prize and title of TST 2025 Champion. This year, Bumpy Pitch took home the prize in a thrilling 2-1 match against Pumas de Alabama on June 9th.
Making his second TST appearance, Gueye is listed with other remarkable TST players including Sergio Aguero, Luis Nani, Andy Carroll, Carli Lloyd and Hope Solo.
Gueye attended Pike High School, Marian University Ancilla and Marymount California University before beginning his professional career. Gueye was called up to play in the U.S. Arena National Soccer Team in 2024 following 23 appearances with 26 blocked opposition shots, 7 goals and 11 assists in the 2023-2024 season with the Strykers.
In the 2024-2025 season, the defensive USAI Alum appeared in 13 games for the Strykers, blocking 7, scoring 1 and assisting 3 goals.
