January 2, 2024, Center Grove
February 3, 2024, Zionsville Soccer Club

12/2  -  10 am to 2 pm at Deer Run Elementary School

New Grassroots Referee
Login: https://learning.ussoccer.com (assumes the account is already created per instructions from http://www.indianareferees.org/referee-registration/how-to-register/)
--Menu at the top: Click Courses -> Available Courses
--On the Left Select "Grassroots First-time Referee"
--Click the "Go to Course List" button
--Scroll Down and Select "Indiana - District #4 & #6 - 2024 First Time Referee Curricula - Step #1"
--Menu at the top: Click "Courses" -> "My Courses" to get started on the modules. (about 6 - 8 hours)
--Create a GotSport Account with this link: https://system.gotsport.com/programs/8080S4815?reg_role=referee
--When done with all of the modules, email Thom Parks, [email protected]  If under 18, CC your parents

There are two parts to the New Grassroots Referee training. This is the In-Person training portion of your Grassroots certification.

The classroom session is in the cafeteria/Gym it will last between 3 to 5 hours depending on class size. THE ENTIRE ONLINE PORTION MUST BE COMPLETED TO BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE CLASSROOM SESSION!! No refunds or transfers!

You must be at least 13 years old to take this class and you must complete and attend all parts of the class. Additional information will be sent.

On field - there will be an on field session after or during the classroom portion in which candidate referees will practice referee and assistant referee signals to gain some experience and knowledge before stepping on the field.
